You really should not request characters to be made for you. That is something that is generally frowned upon. Just a bit of friendly advice.
As for the character itself, so far so good. Being able to use hcbx2 or 720 motion's was a nice touch. Controls nice and smooth overall. And it is good to be able to use the airdash now. I will let you know if I find any bugs or issues, unless someone does it before me.
well, you're kind of right, but I want to see more Touhous made by Rice, he's an artist of MUGEN char-making, and I would like to see Rice's winmugen chars ported to Mugen 1.0, namely Sanae and Mokou, but hey, that's just my opinion

is this the Tokusatsu/Kaiju films fanclub? I am watching Ultraman X, and that's it, not too fond on Kamen Rider, and if Power Rangers counts, I'm watching Samurai all over again (I don't really like the Dino Charge that much), and I did not knew Nexus might return, also, it's good to see underrated aliens like Dada and Kemur returning, they need some love, 'know what I mean? now if we could see Keronia and Dorobon...instead of those stupid Space Cats things.....sorry, I dislike the fact that out of all of Ultraman Max's monsters they decide bringing THOSE back for the Red King episode

Here are the samples, let me know if you like what you see or if you need something changed. I can pretty much animate everything to. I was thinking of adding lava fxs, steam/mist, the sky would scroll across showing clouds moving. The options menu monsters would change like in Rampage 2 select screen, continually. We can add roar sounds for menu selections, put a classic bgm from one of the fighters, then a different one in select menu.

I highly advise against me doing the fonts. My fonts come out funny every time so you should have someone else do that; that is if you like what you see here.

BUT, the title screen, keep it like it is, it's AWESOME!!!!
and I like your ideas, for the Ultramen, when you select them, put their respective henshin sounds, for the monsters, their roars

Quick question, how do I change the categories? because I want to rename some (namely KOF (0 characters), BlazBlue (5 characters) and others, can you teach me how?
