no hes not! this character is older than carlos blanka dude. and carlos blanka doesn't have short hair.

For Gabe, I'd try contacting the uploader of that video since he did say he got it from someone and he might want to trade for it or just give it to you.
As for Koga, there's one version available for download here but it's different from the one in the video (mainly the hair is Akuma's) and I can't find anything else about that particular version.

What do you mean? this is based on the first released version of Sfa3 max on the psp. the characters had all their normal hitsounds except Yun. They really fucked him up on the SFA3Max release.
And Wa decided to make him the way he was in the first version of SFA3Max because that was his only copy of the game. This is a beta though.

You might need to update the link of these two. It's an outdated version of Ralph & Felix and I updated them with better AI (1.0 version has a stronger AI) and they're not overpowered anymore.
i think someone already posted the updated ones. people like the overpowered version the most pretty much also

the game came out in 2007 before mugen 1.0 came out. and why do you call it bad?

it was a LONG time ago when i downloaded the full game. and it was on megaupload and i deleted after i got it. i just got the yun and deleted it.
