I've seen her played but can't find her anywhere.

I have searched for two days and can't find the characters I'm looking for, thanks though.

I recently got int mugen and will probably be playing it for a long while. i have been looking for certain characters but can't find them, even though I have seen them used. I hope I'm just not being stupid and would apreciate any help. Thanks for reading this.
