  4. First their cameos in Shovel Knight now Rash is appearing in Killer Instinct? Does anyone else think that these cameos are a sign of a new Battletoads game coming?
  5. Well truthfully, I've just started working on him again. Not enough to show, but I do have the sprites necessary to put him together. Also I made some edits for him to perform his Hand Shot, Focus Attack and Spin Kick.

  7. -That's what that one throw is called in POTS version's Readme. It's the one where after trippng the opponent up, he kicks upward with his other leg, holding them up in the air for a bit before throwing them to the other side. -Auron is one of those Final Fantasy characters whose exploits are legendary. And don't be lazy, you can find clips of him in Final Fantasy X and Kingdom Hearts 2 on youtube, or you can look him up in the Final Fantasy Wiki.
  8. I see your point for the most part. Also go with the Ice powers, if you use fire, it would clash with the default palette and it might just look like a different variant to the psycho flames. I do however have other ideas based on what you want, maybe for his Polar Shotgun and Arctic Discharge, the EX version could freeze the opponent. Another one is that maybe a move based on his Death Tower throw, like a low kick that can chain to a high kick when it hits that sends the enemy upward. And finally, when I was thinking of doing Houbot myself, I was trying to find voice clips of Auron from Final Fantasy X but I haven't had any luck finding any. Unless you want this guy to have custom voice clips as well.
  9. He said that he thinks that they probably won't work, but maybe you Trin can just use them as placeholders for now until you get the clips you need.
  10. In Trin's Goho topic, he said that he is working on Tyson Houbot next. So how do you want to do this Trin? For me, I was thinking that he could have a mix between M.Bison, Geese, and Krauser's moveset. QCF + x/y: Reppuken - Standard Reppuken. QCF + xy: EX Reppuken - Faster Three Hit Reppuken. B,F,B,F + x/y: Psycho Crusher - Standard Psycho Crusher that hit's once. B,F,B,F + xy: EX Psycho Crusher - Faster Three Hit Psycho Crusher. D,U, a: Devil Reverse - Tyson does a leap towards the opponent, and doesn't do anything else unless a punch button is pressed while in mid-air, he performs the "reverse": suddenly changing direction in mid-air, flipping upside-down and throwing a Psycho Power-infused punch toward the opponent while descending. D,U, b: Head Stomp - Tyson leaps into the air and lands perfectly on his opponent's head, in a standing position with his arms folded. He then almost immediately backflips off again, and can optionally be followed up with an energy infused punch by pressing punch some time after jumping off the opponent's head, but before he lands. D,U, ab: EX Head Stomp - Tyson leaps into the air and lands ontop of his opponent, forcing them to the ground. QCF + a/b: Slide Kick - Standard Slide Kick that just knocks the opponent over. QCF + ab: EX Slide Kick - A much faster Slide Kick that knocks the opponent into the air. (---Supers---) QCF,QCF, x+y: Kaiser Reppuken - A chargeable version of the Reppuken, the longer Tyson charges, the bigger the energy wave and the more hits it inflicts. I only have the one Hyper at the moment. If you have any ideas, Please share them.

  12. I tried to do a cinematic-style attack with an unblockable grab for the start, the spazzing out was suppose to be the opponent moving side to side from being rapidly punched on both sides. Sorry if it doesn't look quite right. I'll try figure a way to make it look better.
  13. I looked at the code closely and you apparently used Rober as a base to build up on. So here a suggestion, reduce her size to normal. Rober's size was increased by 1.2 by 1.2 mostly because he would be smaller then most of the other fighters. For Goho, it would be alright if she was slightly smaller then some of the other fighters as she is a bit younger then the rest. As she is right now, she is taller then Cliff.

  15. I went to the Critic's Mugen Wiki section and I looked at the two links above the Nostalgia Ballz and I saw the problem. While the first link had the original it didn't have the move on it. The second link however had my old edit and it didn't specify who was the one that edited it. And it was my fault in that I didn't add my name to the Authorname to clarify. You couldn't have known. Duck, I know that it may not be enough after what I said, but I am SO sorry of accusing you of stealing. You have every right to get angry at me for this.
  16. Duck we need to talk. I didn't want to bring it up in here. I tried to send you a message to keep it private, but it said that your not receiving any messages and you haven't been at the Guild since Thursday so you haven't got my message there too. I decided to look more thoroughly at your Nostalgia Critic since I saw your video and I noticed a few things while I was going through it in Fighter Factory with a fine toothed comb. At the Guild, you said that you didn't use any parts of my old edit for the Nostalgia Critic for this version. That was a blatant lie. And I will point them all out. -The majority of voice clips are the same as the ones in my edits and in the same spots. Now I would let that slide as hey, it could just be a coincidence. However there were some things that I couldn't help but notice a few things. -The Stick of Magical Power super is almost Point-for-Point exactly to the old Magic Super that was on my edit before I replaced it, The Staff, the Lightning and the Explosions were the same as well. except in how the latter explosions moved forward. -The Outros were also Point-for-point exactly like they were in both my old and New versions of my Edit. The outro involving him putting on his glasses with the two voice clips was different then what I had just to be clear. But the Heil Hitler one and the one involving Mr. Puppy were very exact to what I did, 'cept you added a bit of flash for Mr. Puppy when he changes to a gorilla. Please don't say that this is all a coincidence, as I know that there are people online who have my old edit and not my new one. Now listen, I do not want any bad blood between us, seriously I don't. If you wanted to use parts of my edits for yours, all you had to do was ask. I can forgive you for this, all you have to do is just give the proper credit. I will not push this anymore then it needs to, I do not want any drama at all. I just want this settled as calmly and civil as possible. And to anyone else who is reading this, please don't send PMs or make posts chastising Duck. I know you guys don't approve of stealing, but lets be civil about this.

But I was thinking more along the lines of using Blanka's/Ryu's ground for the bridge and have a different waterfall backdrop. -For Colbout I used M.Bison with Geese's head, or more specifically the Color Seperation patched version made by davismaximus that was done for POTS M.Bison. I used M.Bison's charge for the idle stance -Did Duck ever say that he's not going to do Cliff anymore, because I never heard anything like that from him.

  20. Great Trin! :) I was wondering when that was going to get done. If you want stages similar to Goho's stage in the NES game to edit, try either Galford's stage from Samurai Shodown 3, the Waterfall Dojo from Aggressors of Dark Kombat, or the Waterfall stage from Ranma.
  21. Update: I just released an AI Patch for Rober Pasta. Hopefully this will make him tougher to fight. Or at least competent enough.
  22. Ever since the Avengers, Hollywood is trying to do other projects involving a shared universe such as a reboot of the Universal monsters and The Justice League. Now if it can be done well, what other crossovers would you think could work? It can be a movie series or a comic mini series. Me, well it I actually have three that could work together with one or the other: Ghostbusters, Men in Black TAS & Godzilla TAS. Why these three, a few reasons. One: they all take place in New York city. Two: All three had their art direction done by the same company so visually you'd think that "yeah they are in the same universe." Three: New York City in movies and shows is always depicted as plagued by some kind of disaster such as monsters, aliens and the supernatural. For this I had an idea for a plot, A cult that worships some Pagan God tried to do a human sacrifice for summoning their god, but ended up sacrificing an Alien that was disguised as a human. This causes the ritual to go haywire, summoning scores of Lovecraftian horrors and ghosts that appear all over New York and summon what are basically The Elder God Nyarlathotep that rampages throughout the city. And it is up to the MIB and the Ghostbusters to handle the ghosts and smaller abominations while Godzilla and H.E.A.T. try to take down Nyarlathotep. Yeah the idea can make things extremely cluttered but it is just an idea after all. So what are your guy's ideas?
