  1. Sonic Boom has a ton of amateur and bad level design, it's a step in the wrong direction. I'd prefer a Sonic Unleashed without the werehog levels or even an HD remake of Sonic Adventure anytime of the day or Boom.

There's also a rumor as to why Boom is so bad.

Basically BRB was forced by Sega to use CryEngine3 for the game despite the engine doesn't have support for the Wii U's architecture and it isn't suited for a platformer. A good chunk of the dev team left in the middle of trying to make the game work and Chris Senn (the lead level designer) was fired for reasons he can't legally disclose. BRB also wanted to make Sonic Boom into a gofast game but were forced to make it into a 3D Brawler like Pac-Man 3 so they were forced to make a game nothing like what they wanted to with little time and a engine that worked against them.

  2. The 3DS d-pad isn't too great for things that require strict precision and timing, but I suppose that's really only applicable to a lot of Virtual Console games and not really 3DS games

  3. It's just Call of Duty, you shouldn't buy it for the "thrilling" 6-hour single player. As that stands, it's Call of Duty, it's like the other games, if you want something innovative or whatever don't look at this game.

It's really badly optimized, so it's going to run like shit with really ass frame dips half of the time so if that's going to be a problem with you then I wouldn't bother.

  4. Thats pretty much I am trying to say from the previous posts It all depends if the popularity of the game if it is good or not for other regions besides Japan.  :-P

Fire Emblem wasn't known well during the Nes and SNES times the fact people wasn't into strategy chess-play style RPG's that much but around the late 90's going to 2000's when GBA was around more people had gotten in to RPGs so much that Nintendo wanted to see how Fire Emblem on GBA (where Roy Eliwood came from) would far to people in other regions and it turned out to be a hit though the only downer was only a set amount of copies of the game was made for the west. regions.

Not exactly, the reason why they localized Fire Emblem was because of the unprecedented popularity of Marth and Roy in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

I think he was getting at all the rpgs/jrpgs that never come here......*cough* Tales of Versperia Ps3,  Tales of the world, Ryu Ga Gotoku Tenzan, Digimon, Seiken Densetsu 3,SD Gundam Series, Super Robot Taisen series, Another Centuries Episode 1, 2, and 3. P.much Gundam for me and so many more.........

Yeah but how many of those games are made by Nintendo though?

i've never heard of any of those games.

and besides like i said, there are many games that never got ported, that SHOULD have been ported.

    examples?

  5. According to some guys that have the Japanese demo of Super Smash Bros. that came out a couple of days ago, Villager is the replacement of Jigglypuff this version.

I'm going to assume that Rosalina & Luma are the replacements of Ice Climbers as well since they're not going to make an apperance.

Let's have a moment to pause and remember the long-termed veterans that will not appear.

    RIP

During a special Famitsu stream early this morning, the folks behind the mega-popular Pokémon series revealed a very special departure from the franchise’s roleplaying roots.

Developed by Namco Bandai Games, Pokkén Tournament appears to be a fighting game akin to the company’s own Tekken series. The footage demonstrated during the short preview shows off a quick battle between Fighting-type Pokémon Lucario and Machamp, with the former powering up to its Mega form near the end of the teaser.

While little information is available at this point in time, we do know that it will be an arcade game and is scheduled to launch sometime in 2015.

  7. He's actually right about mugen having no standards since that's something that's imposed by the player, and obviously everybody has different tastes and qualifications pertaining to what they want in their roster. And whatever qualifies as a game is up to whatever man, there's people who think that looking at a shitty mountain counts as a game, so it's whatever. Tell him to stop crying like a little bitch and kick his fatass out next time.
