Yes, but you have to delete the sub-folder after that.

Just do what I say, and hopefully it'll work. :)

You delete the sub-folder first, right click the main folder (ShovelKnight), click on Cut, go to your MUGEN folder, click on the chars folder, right click it again, and click on Paste.
