Regarding the Rancor, I'd say he's not worth the effort of having since he has very few sprites and attacks. Or is it purely for collection purposes?
 
And for Luke Skywalker, I suggest using DJHannibalRoyce's version found here : It is without a doubt the Skywalker for mugen out there.

Since she is from Nijikaku, that means there are no (as far as I know) separate links for the characters.
 
Your best bet is to download the Nijikaku game and then extract her into your mugen folder.
 
Some of these characters require some "treatment" in order to function in a normal mugen.

Here's a tip ryu17v, if you want something, first try to get it yourself because some requests are very easily fulfilled by just using Google or a mugen database.  

As a matter of fact, Salvation Orochi is a private character that has never been released by his creator, HellToastIndustries.
 
According to what he said, he scrapped Salvation Orochi because he's so cheap and he much rather focuses on making a "playable" Orochi.

If I can give you a tip : check out databases like the one of  MFG or Google the characters (in this case, Google can be your friend). Most of the time you'll be able to find what you're looking for on your own doing it that way and you won't have to make a request

Unfortunately I don't think there's a SFIV screenpack that looks identical like SFIV for mugen.
