sorry to break it to you but this orochi is from F-SNK full mugen game
and chars from that game only works in that game
you have to download the full game
plus this game is not like some rest of mugen full games
i have it i've tried anything to make char work in normal mugen
but they simply dont
so either let go or download the game have fun playing it

nah he's a guile clone right off the back . that's like tetsu would be referred as a shto clone as well. he's obviously not ryu and ken , but at the heart of the gameplay , he's your average shoto. yes guile hasn't been in sf3 , but the fact that remy plays like him makes him a guile clone, but depending on where we're both going in this we're both kinda right on this lol.
Tetsu may be a Shotoclone, but he's one of the most powerful Non-cheap chars there is!

Well, if you know how to code, you could have a sound play for every few number of hits, say 1-3 is 'good', 4-8 is 'very good', 8-16 is 'excellent', 16-32 is 'marvelous', and 32-whatever is ULTRA COMBO

Looks right at home with my live action char's. Also, hasn't anyone at all tried their own Live Action digitized sprites? All you need is a green screen and the proper camera.
