I found a character named Antagonist (better known as Not Important) from the video game "Hatred" by SpearWielder.

 

Unfortunately I cannot link the character since he is found on a site that shall not be named, but he does use Roa's sprites as far as I know.

Nouka's Stage is one of the six Knuckle Fighter stages that were converted by BelugaSturgeon.

 

Five of 'em I already rehosted on Mediafire, and Nouka's Stage isn't one of them.
