Cool and Tenma is creepy for some reasons,the color changing is what scares me she's like a drugged version of T-Zetsu and you could add in Kaze Hufuri (Sanae edit) in one of zanzoku's video,it's shown that she regenerates HP and probrably SP quick and shes cheap as heck if in 1P-7P and her supers keeps going over and over again and she does have a voice that reminds me of Rugal/M.Bison/Goenitz etc.

And when you mean by that,there's an error on these two or you mean they're AI

Heard that Komachi but no and yes the floating head is pretty creepy like srsly she's known to creep/scare the hell outta people when it comes to her info on touhou :/ but even a Tasofros styled character can be creepy.Including a Yuyuko edit named Ylamerelife (Yuyuko edit by Lates,and 608) for example you should check Ani~San's YouTube channel and his videos if you want to know about Ylamerelife.

Well any type of joke can be my level but true it can be based on funny characters but it CAN be based on lacks of ports,attacks/hits,also on based with CREEPYPASTA (Tn's Giygas for example) or Tn's characters.

Calm down at least we have to say it and if you mean Sariel well she used to be a public character but no one downloaded it which means its a lost character plus the link is dead. And yes she was on MUGEN once.

Well I can say jokes are pretty much about it's coding probrably in my opinion like a character who has a coding of n% (null/nuke) would mean its a joke in my opinion :P
