I'll explain. You see the zip file named "電撃FC～中ポトレ対応素材.zip" inside the lifebar folder? Extract it first. Now after you done, let's begin.
Player 1 Lifebar Portrait
1. Open 1P用ポトレ（9000,3015）folder.
 
2. Open 1P（9000,3015).bmp with GIMP. (If you don't have the program, download it here)
 
3. After you opened the .bmp file, drag your render to it.
 
4. Resize your render with the Scale Tool until it fits the frame.
 
5. It still look blurry, so go to Filters > Enchance > Sharpen. Sharpen it by 43 points.
 
6. Now, to add character name. This step might be tedious if you have so many portraits to make, so just skip it if you want.
Open the folder "1P＆2P（9000,3015～3016）名前用文字", you will see a bunch of .zip files. Extract the one named "英語".
Inside the extracted folder, you will see a bunch of more .zip files. Extract the ones named "英語（全角大文字)". Now, you will see that there's Alphabet .pngs inside it.
 
7. Drag and arrange them over your portraits.
 
8. Go to "Image", then choose "Merge Visible Layers".
 
9. Go to "Image" again, then choose "Mode", and then select "Indexed".
Hit "Convert".
 
10. Go to "Colors", then choose "Map", then select "Rearrange Colormap".
Find a hot pink color, which is the indexed color.
 
11. After you find it, drag it to the very first row. Hit "OK"
 
12. Go to "File", choose "Export As". Save your file with .pcx extension.
 
13. Open your character with  Fighter Factory, select "add sprites" and follow the exact values in this image:
If all clear, Save the sprites.
 
14. Run MUGEN, and profit.
 
Player 2 Lifebar Portrait
1. Open  2P用ポトレ（9000,3016）folder.
 
2. Open 2P（9000,3016）.bmp with GIMP.
 
3. Repeat steps 3 until 12 from Player 1 Lifebar Portrait.
 
4.  Open your character with  Fighter Factory, select "add sprites" and follow the exact values in this image:
If all clear, Save the sprites.
 
Player 3 Lifebar Portrait
1. Open タッグ~3P用ポトレ（9000,3017）folder.
 
2. Open 3P（9000,3017）.bmp with GIMP.
 
3. Repeat steps 3 until 12 from Player 1 Lifebar Portrait. But note that these portraits uses smaller fonts, they are located on "3P＆4P（9000,3017～3018）名前用文字" folder.
Extract the .zip file named "英語". Inside the extracted folder, you will see a bunch of more .zip files.  Extract the ones named "英語（全角大文字)". It has the smaller alphabet .pngs inside it.
