You can't use 640x480 lifebars for EvE, just saying. That screenpack is in 320x240 res. I've been using that SP for years and when i found out i can't use V-Nix's fancy lifebars, i switched to MFFA VZ.

If you think that making characters is as simple as chanting a magic word then yes
"Request" here is defined as requesting creations that are already exist, but offline or hard to obtain for some reason.
