From my knowledge, add004 was released in 2014 and that is the earliest version of add004.

60 character slots, and all. It doesn't have to be exact and you certainly don't need to change the stage select prompt. If your asking: "Why can't you do it yourself?", I'd fumble for like 4 weeks before giving up.
