then edit your system.def as you see there

except yours would be fightHd.def

Have you opened your mugen.cfg and check which system.def its using?

You have to change the parameters of the system.def file stated in the mugen.cfg

Okay, I did that. The lifebars work, But why does my select screen look like winmugen now?

thats how installing any lifebars works really.

Well guess what I just added data/ and it didn't work.

I meant will it only ever be for that. I was wondering if there will also be an HD version like....sometime later.

Like I said, I did nothing wrong. It clearly says in the readme:

Open the system.def and change this line, "fight = fight.def",  to "fight = FightHD.def"

I'm not in the wrong this time. How would I know to use data/ for MUGEN 1.1? I'm just following the instructions the poster specified. I can't read minds. Completely unfair of you guys.

I tried the game and all I can say is this. It's not bad, but it's not good either. Some characters are at a disadvantage because of the gameplay like Mitsurugi or Akira.

Alright. I'm going to take down the download since you got it, now.

Unfortunately, my internet is being piss poor at the moment, and EVERY TIME I think that the file will upload, it goes "connection problem" for no reason and starts over when I have all 5 bars. I'll keep trying, but if you have another idea I'm open for suggestions.

I hate Skydrive... It doesn't allow me to download that file. Everytime it says to login if the file that I want to download is big...

I havn't had a single compatability issue. And I have lots of chars and stages.

I think he was talking about WinMugen to 1.0, not 1.0 to 1.1.

It should work well, if not the problem you have is another.

Nevermind, I got it to work. the motif needed to be renamed to data/system.def.

I did this, and now it tell me that it can't load data/mugen1/system.def.

Zero is not new in MUGEN, AxKing's characters are shit, and if you think I'm wrong, say it, but don't expect anyone to change their opinions because of you. I don't appreciate effort, I appreciate results, specially because we're speaking about a free entertainment form, so I don't have reason to care about efforts.

Yes I have. They need work, is all. Not all characters are going to be perfect, that's life. I think you need to appreciate effort. You don't like? help him improve. There's always room for improvement, no matter what your opinion is on him, anyone can get better. I'd rather see somebody at least try to make something new instead of just making another already made character. This is one guy, not Cybaster and Balthazar.

Well, I'm sorry another Touhou edit or Ryu wasn't released today, because we ABSOLUTELY need more of those instead of a new character.
