  1. Nope. I'm not actually there, sadly. I had to get the news from the panel's Twitch stream (which ended up having no sound), and from what people have posted and/or leaked online.

Yeah, that's two cons I didn't end up making it to this year. :donwan:

Anyways....I saw that. It was adorable! I also liked the I Burn and Eye of the Tiger mix that they used for the second skit.

  2. Pyrrha! Anyways, we ought to continue, since it's been a while.

I wouldn't mind Pyrrha having that at this point (cries) but we'll get to that...later....and guess, what, the First Step is a two parter, so....

    VOLUME 1, EP005 - THE FIRST STEP (PART 2)

I love the opening of this episode. "Birdie, no!"

Actually, I just really like Ruby in this episode overall. Her trying to impress Weiss is really cute. And we got this out of it:

(I really wish there could be a clean loop of this)

I didn't really find vol. 3 that bad (at least as a show, but the carnage in-show was miserable). That being said, the attempt to bring JNPR into the spotlight felt kinda shoehorned. I don't have huge hopes for vol. 4 because of this, but also due to how depressing it might be. And let's not forget how much I hate Jaune. He's constantly built as an important character, but if he was removed, not much would change (only Phyrra and Ruby would only be slightly affected). I hope he dies in the vol. 4 premire. That would shake crap up. >:)

if anyone I would like to be killed is Ren, who has been reduced to a pointless filler character, who has no real purpose anymore, seriously, I bet Monty would've liked him dead if they were to handle him down to such a generic piece of filler, heck, even the one-shots like Neon had more personality than him

I disagree with both of you. I think all of Team SSSN is who I'd get rid of. After Volume 3, I think it's pretty clear Miles and Kerry don't care for this team as much as Monty did (he loved these guys). I mean, Sun and Neptune pretty much became gag characters this season. Don't get me wrong, they were silly in the past as well, but this wasn't their sole reason for existing, they actually used to help out the main characters if it was needed. Even when we finally see Sage and Scarlet, they barely talk (did Sage ever speak?) and in Scarlet's case, we have another gag character. He's worried about getting sand in his shoes and gets KO'd by a nut shot. Great. So yeah, pretty much, with Volume 3, this team has been reduced to nothing more than comic relief with little importance. If Monty would be disappointed with how they're handling anyone, I'm sure it would be these guys.

The Simpsons hands down. Everything after 10 is crap. I blame the writers and story developers. The animation is hardly a concern for that show but the dialogue and stories and JOKES, the one thing you have to have right is terrible :S

I can honestly expect the show to get canceled now.

I was going to say this show as well. I think the last few seasons have been the worst yet. The show has gotten to the point to where it's too boring to watch now.

For me these are in no particular order

    1. Johnny Cage (Mortal Kombat)

    2. Chun-Li (Street Fighter)

    3. Marshall Law (Tekken)

    4. Yuri Sakazaki (The King of Fighters, don't really play her much in Art of Fighting)

    5. Vergil (Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, I'm almost never without him on my team)

Got bored so I thought I'd revisit this. This was my list just a year and a half ago. Times really have changed for me.

I'll go ahead and do a Top 10 just for the hell of it. Plus, 5 was kinda restricting for me last time as well lol

    Again in no particular order:

    1. Sol Badguy (Guilty Gear)

    2. Ragna the Bloodedge (BlazBlue)

    3. Vergil/Dante/Morrigan (Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3)

    4. Chie Satonaka (Persona 4 Arena)

    5. Kenshiro (Hokuto No Ken)

    6. Jon Talbain (Darkstalkers)

    7. Saber (Nitroplus Blasterz)

    8. Iori Yagami (The King of Fighters)

    9. Johnny Cage (Mortal Kombat)

    10. Cammy (Street Fighter)

Since none made it above this time, I guess I'll give 3D fighting game characters a list of their own.

    Only 5 this time, since I don't play many 3D fighters :P

    1. Young Joseph (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle)

    2. Law or Asuka (Tekken)

    3. Tina Armstrong (Dead or Alive)

    4. Sarah Bryant (Virtua Fighter)

    5. Link (Soul Calibur 2)

  5. I get the problem you guys have with this, but is it really that big of an issue?

Sure, he's intentionally not letting us know it's MUGEN he's using, but that's not really affecting anything, all things considered. The worst that will happen is that if anyone does become interested, they're just going to need to look a little deeper to find out it's MUGEN.

Plus, this is far from the first time this has ever happened. Hell, the first trace I ever saw of MUGEN was in a video that didn't have MUGEN in its title. It didn't take me long to find out it was MUGEN later on.

Well I don't blame ya, to be honest because the game itself cost about $49.99 (plus tax) for PC, PS4, and xbox1.  :-P

Alot people said the gameplay feels too similar to TF2 like it just a skin swap. but this game does has different features that TF2 dosn't have (unless a TF3 is in the works)

I've heard similar things, but I'm also hearing a lot say the opposite as well. From what I've seen, the game has a lot of similarities, but that's mostly due to them both being the same type of game, rather than them being pretty much the same game with a different look.

Either way, its similarities to TF2 are the main reason I'm interested in it anyways.

Tracer is the one I'm interested in playing as the most, since I'm hearing she's kind of like a mix between the Scout and the Spy, which are my two favorite classes in TF2.

  7. I'm interested in it, mostly since I'm a TF2 player, and I enjoy other class-based shooters as well.

Sadly, I missed out on the open beta, and everyone I know who's played it is telling me it's not worth the price it's currently going for.

Maybe I'll wait until there is a price decrease, whenever that is. Or maybe I'll let my curiosity of this game get the best of me and get it at full price anyways :P

but before, allow me to tell you my highlight for Chibi EP3

"Ice! :D (shoots Ice Dust) Fire! :D (shoots Fire Dust) Gravity! :D (prepares to shoot Gravity Dust, but suddenly...) WHOAAAAAAAAA (shot by the recoil)"

For me it would probably be when Jaune slaps Weiss's scroll out of Blake's hands, breaks it, and kicks it away just to hide his calls from Weiss.

    VOLUME 1, EP004 - THE FIRST STEP

remember how I said I thought Jaune would be the comic relief, here's the reason of why he isn't: NORA VALKYRIE, who at first I thought would be ungodly annoying, but she proved to be a perfect foil for the gang, also, we are introduced to Lie Ren, who I honestly think BEGS for character development, he's the most generic member of JNPR and I feel for Monty's self insert, it's unfair

Yeah, Nora was annoying, but I thought there was something cute about her personality as well. I took a liking to Ren, but I'll admit I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with how they're handling his character, but we'll expand on that when the time comes.

I feel like JNPR as a whole was supposed to be comic relief early on. They're all socially awkward or clumsy (or both) in some way. Even Pyrrha was showing some small signs of social awkwardness and clumsiness early on. I even thought "I'm sorry!" was going to end up being her catchphrase.

  9. Yep, and I just got done watching ep. 2 as well.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to feel about it. It's funny, but not really as much as I was hoping (to be fair, all we had was a teaser to go off of beforehand, so I don't really know what I was expecting). Still, I did get a few laughs out of it. "Now that's a katana!"

The characters are even more adorable than before, though, especially Ruby.
