  1. Kirimuri takes a sip from the water bottle then answers: Kirimuri: "Where do I start... some corrupted thot-of-a-soul possessed this poor nun's body and tried to kill me because I refused to become her servant."
  2. Kirimuri wakes up after a brief moment of unconsciousness. Kirimuri: "...Urrghh... Whoa! Putain, la sale PUTE! Địt mẹ con đĩ...Wait, wrong language..." Kirimuri: "My body still fucking hurts... but I can move my limbs for a bit now. I'm gonna need a nice, long massage from a cute girl..."
  3. Arriving at the door of the abandoned church, the door is still unlocked as the chains Kirimuri broke earlier is still lying on the ground. Kirimuri: (Now, if my intuitions are correct...) He kicks the door and makes it burst open, and he finds Emilia sitting on the altar of the abandoned church. Emilia: "Aaaaah... my beloved friend is here. My Kami-sama must have answered to my prayers!" Kirimuri: "Hello again, Emi- wait, those aren't the eyes of the shy, innocent nun that I saw before. I assume you took control of her body from that hole in the wall?" Emilia: "You figured it out already? I have to commend you for your thinking. Ohoho..." Emilia: "I would have killed you right now, but there's something in you that piqued my interest. Join me in my conquest and I'll offer you power, fame, money and... my body." Kirimuri: "Refuse. And fuck you. Ho. Fuck. You." Emilia: "Why, you..." Seeing that the possessed nun is prepared to kill, Kirimuri turns to Kiryu and asks him: Kirimuri: "My friend, I'm going to need you to clear this area and avoid letting a civilian enter this place. I'll signal you to call for help from the others when needed..." @Infinite Kyo Kirimuri: "...I'll handle this bitch alone." Emilia: "You think you can defeat me? Ohoho..."
  4. "Sure, you can. I'm gonna head to this abandoned church. I haven't seen the bat-chick either, maybe she's busy... seducing people to steal their life essence?"
  5. The heroes are splitting themselves into 2 groups, but Kirimuri feels that he isn't needed at the moment. Plus, he doesn't like being in a large crowd of people. He considers checking the abandoned church again to investigate the nun who had an unusual change of attitude. "I don't think my presence is needed right now. I'll come back later in the evening." He leaves the hangout, plugs his earphones into his ear and listens to music. Now playing from Kirimuri's MP3 Player:
  6. "My bad." Kirimuri puts his twin batons away. "But I'm still allowed to use my fists in case if anything happens... Right?"
  7. Seeing that a fight almost broke out, Kirimuri approaches the group and proceeds to stand between the angels and Melina and Mirfah in order to stop them from getting near to each other. "Let's try to communicate without trying to kill each other, will y'all? Now is not the time." He pulls out his twin batons then warns: "I won't be hesitant to put any of you to sleep if you tried anything rash."
  8. The entrance door of the Warriors' Hangout bursts open, and a shady man in black enters the place. It's in fact Kirimuri, who came back from his scouting mission with Melina. "We're back. What did we miss?"
  9. Kirimuri stays silent for a while after hearing Melina's story. "(She's being honest... Guess I won't have to worry about getting my throat slit by a shady purple loli during my sleep. Better keep my eyes on her, still...) "I see. It must have been hard to be forced to fight since your young age just to ensure your people's survival. Especially when you're fighting against sky wizards. If that happened to me, I would have fled as well." "...Since you told me your story, I should tell you mine as well just to be fair. Now, where do I start..." "I live in this certain nation. Most of us just call it Kingdom. Currently, there's a civil war happening between the 4 factions and the Council, due to famine, poverty, corruption, territorial disputes, crimes and stuff. I came from the South-Eastern faction, Da'kong. A humid, tropical and poor land. My family was somewhat rich, so my early days of life weren't too hard. Out of the 5 fighting factions, we're the least aggressive in the war. Since the Council were busy cajoling, bribing and soliciting the greedy governors here." "When I was 16... My family decided to move to the capital thinking that we'll get better protection there, due to an outbreak of crimes in Da'kong. While we were on our way, some bandits and mercenaries hired by the governors of Da'kong found us and killed my family. Took everything I had. I was the only survivor after narrowingly escaping from their grasp. Then one day, they found me again and I tried to hide in a cave. Suddenly, a black cloud engulfed me. The next thing I knew is that I can emit and control smoke. Then I slaughtered them all, one by one. Next, I changed my identity. Went to the capital and joined the ranks, so I can slowly destroy this irresponsible type of government from the insides. On a starry night, I went into a dungeon to explore and hunt beasts to hone my skills and look for materials and treasures... Then I got automatically transported here." He takes a large sip of frappucino from his cup after finishing his story. "Well, that's it. I guess you can say that we're in a somewhat similar situation, except that you chose to leave while I chose to stay and fight. Now, we should probably head back to the group as soon as I finish this nice ol' frapp'.
  10. "Pss... That's kind of true. However, it seems like we're going to be stuck for a while together. I want to know who exactly am I working with... So that I can evaluate my decisions with more caution." Kirimuri lifts his cap, scratches his head then puts the hat back on. "What were you doing before you got transported here?" Next, he takes off his mask and scratches his jaw. He takes a deep, long breath and puts it back on. "When you followed me to scout the city... What was your goal? To secure an escape route for the others, like me? Or to flee this place alone and go with someone else when you're feeling endangered?" At that moment, a waiter is seen approaching the duo to deliver their drinks. @A person "I want you to think thoroughly and give me your answer. You can either lie or speak the truth, I don't give 2 damns or a fuck. Just make it a decision that you won't regret, no matter if it's for the good or for the bad. Right now, I want to enjoy this nice cup of iced vanilla frappucino. As a fellow human."
  11. "No problem. There's no need to call me sir though. I'm only in my early 20's..." Kirimuri heads to the table near the window then sits comfortably on a chair. "Aaaaaaaah... Feels great. Let's head to this hangout where the other is later. I need to pass by the bank first to exchange some more money though..." He tilts his head at the young girl and asks: "Tell me a bit about yourself... I'm curious about who you are."
  12. Meanwhile, in the backstreets near the northwest of Candor City... "Hand over the purse, bitch! If you scream, I'll smack you!" "S-Somebody help me!" Suddenly, Emilia appeared from behind the robber. "Oh my... what do we have here?" He is startled by the presence of the nun, but he tries to threaten her. "W-where the fuck did you came from, whore? Do you want me to knock the sky wizard out of your beliefs?" "How dare you mock my lord and saviour... YOU SINNED, DEMONIC DISGUSTING PIECE OF UNHOLY SHIT!" With the power of light, she launched a ray of holy light which immediately knocked the robber off the ground and stunned him. "Argh... why can't I move my legs... no, NO, NO! Please don't kill me!" "...How cowardly. Die." Emilia's hands immediately glows bright then blasts another ray of light at the face of the stunned robber, thus ending his life. "...T-thank y-" "Woman, you are in your adulthood and yet, you chose to not become the follower of our Kami-sama. Infidels. Repent for your sins and let me cleanse you." "W-wait, wh-Aaaaah!" The poor civilian fell victim to the brainwashed Emilia. The nun leaves the area with a sadistic grin on her face. "This world is full of demons... I shall erase their existence. Perhaps I should look for the mysterious duo earlier in the church... the man in black interests me. The other kid can just die. I will turn him into my servant in order to aid my conquest of this world... starting from this city!
  13. "(Is baggy clothes a new trend? Baffles me.) Kirimuri goes inside the Aromatic Corner cafe and was met with a warming, classy and tranquil sensation. He approaches the vendor and asks: "It's a nice day isn't it? I'd like to have some vanilla frappucino. With ice, please. And you, Melina? What kind of tea do you want? The bill's on me this time."
  14. "Let's head to this Aromatic Corner then meet up with everybody else later. I think the sewers and the church are enough for today, but we can continue looking around if you want to." Kirimuri leaves the bank and looks around him for the Aromatic Corner cafe. It's on the other side of the street, around a few hundred meters to the left from the duo.
  15. "50 Pompadillions? I guess I'll exchange... 5 silver coins then. Perhaps you can recommend me a nice café near this area too?"
  16. *listening comfortably to music as he waits for the banker*
  17. "Come with me." Kirimuri leaves the abandoned church and heads to the main street. He can spot a fairly nice café by the intersection, but he decides to go to a bank to convert his money into the currency that this city is using. He enters the bank, approaches the banker then asks: "Excuse me... I come from a distant nation and I don't have any of these Pompadallions that you guys have, is it possible if I can get some by exchanging these?" He pulls out a pouch of money and proceeds to pour some silver coins on the table. Meanwhile... "Heretics... HERETICS! YOU HERETICS SHALL BE SLAUGHTERED!" Emilia yells as she spoke, then ends with a sadistic laugh. She gazes upon the windows with her demonic eyes... ...Then she declares: "My Kami-sama has bestowed this power upon me. Under his name, I will slay all the infidels and make this world a better place!" She finishes by glowing bright like the sun then shoots a ray of light which hits the pillar and makes it collapse.
  18. I have EVE's Character Select song in my phone lmao. Love the nostalgic beats. The most nostalgic creation? Kung Fu Man by Elecbyte. The default WINMUGEN screenpack. The default sounds. It all started long ago...
  19. "Let's go Melina. Why are you still standing there? Let's head to a cafe then rest for a bit. You must be tired already." Kirimuri blinks his right eye while talking to Melina, signalling that he understands what's happening but he needs her to play along with him. "(Something doesn't feel right. We should leave this place ASAP and go to somewhere else)"
  20. "Beats me. I'm gonna take a look inside this h-" "E-Excuse me..." A shy, young but beautiful nun suddenly appears behind the duo. "T-this is actually a restricted area. May I ask both of you to leave right now...?" "My apologies. We're just sightseers, Ms..." "Please call me Emilia." "Alright, Ms. Emilia. We'll leave right now. May I request to have a look inside this hole? It seems like there's something behind it." "A hole? Hmm..." Emilia proceeds to take a look inside the hole. Something suddenly flashes in front of her eyes and stunned her for a short while. "Er... is something wrong?" "...Uh, what? No, no, no. Everything is fine." The staff-wielder peers inside the hole with curiosity, but all he could see was nothing, apart the pitch-black shadow. He even tried to poke his staff inside it but the only thing that came out was dust. "Aw... We're leaving then. It was a pleasure to meet you. Let's go, Melina." "Goodbye..." The young nun observed the duo exiting the place. Unbeknownst to both of them, the flashing light inside the hole has corrupted her will... "..."
  21. "Nice. Let's walk around for a bit before we head to a cafe." Not far from the duo, a chained door of an apparently abandoned church caught Kirimuri's eyes. "This might be a little bit obvious to be a decent hiding spot, but it's worth checking out." He proceeds to channel smoke into his staff and smashes the chains. The doors burst open wide as soon as the chains falls down and lands on his bag which he placed under the chains in order to reduce noise, then reveals a deserted space inside the church. "I don't really believe in sky wizards, but his followers can build nice things sometimes." At the corner of the church, a hole can be found on an unstable wall. "(Hmm... I could try breaking this rugged wall but I don't know what's behind it... Plus, the noise may alert the guards.)"
  22. "Sure. The least we can do is to take a stroll around the city and note down some notable places. We can still check the sewers though, but maybe we should only use it as a last resort. Perhaps I can invite you for a cup of tea after this. I need to rest my back on a chair too." Being somewhat tired of his recurring back pain, Kirimuri plugs an earphone to his right ear and begins to listen to music. He picks a song that fits well with the current weather:
  23. "That's a valid point. The fog and the sewers can be a double-edged sword. I reckon we should get a better view of the whole city from a higher ground then draw a map or something, especially when the weather is still calm, though I'm not sure if we can gain access to the roof of a tall building or not..."
