It's fair enough. Making characters isn't a piece of cake kind of task. Getting the resources, compiling them and coding can take a lot of time. Especially if said character doesnt have a set of sprites from any games and need to be sprited from scratch. That job alone can take years.

COMMENT=this is a edit of Gustab Munchausen with an orochi head anyway his AI is quite strong and he is cheap but not the most broken cheap character ever i have to give a shoutout to AbrahamX over at the mugen Archive for finding this rare edit he is currently trying to find the other 2 edits although they are quite rare and probably offline/private chars
