  1. I personally dont think it really matters. But i choose White because of the black legendary.
  2. you mean Vaan isnt the main character of 12?
  3. I believe as soon as the idea of having a touch screen on the controller, it literally became a CONSOLE DS. sorta of a shame really. But i hope the controller feels more comfortable. ALSO ACCORDING TO NINTENDO LIFE. Nintendo Wii U MAY get a name change. Similar how "Revolution" changed to " Wii" in the past.
  4. If you like puzzle and mystery then this game is right for you.
  5. Rhapsody released on the DS on Sep.23,2008 originally on ps1 1998 While the DS is nice cause it added some extra scenarios it removed the english version of the songs that was present in the original. I didn't really played this one but my sister did and it was on ps1 and she really enjoyed this one. So if your a music lover and into role playing game then this game is right for you.
  6. I like the game. Part of the Mana series, this entry is RTS style and while not really the best RTS, it's a nice title, kinda easy as I'm not that far in but it's interesting enough and has it's own curious plot lines, plus relates into Seiken Densetsu 3 in a few ways.
  7. This is one hell of a game, its enjoyable for all ages, its easy and everyone can learn to play, I actually gave this game to my girlfriend because of how simple it is , she would pick it up easily (she doesnt play games at all), and the odd insanities would make her laugh. this is definitely a great game.
  8. A Lawyer simulator, who would think about making a game like this?! the JAPANESE! but regardless this is the game that started a legendary meme. OBJECTION! The first 4 cases are easy, and the difficulty increases damatically. but oh man when you play the 5th Case, it gets insanely hard and with so many Objections its just a epic story. I refuse to play the other games until i beat them all 1 by 1 in story sequential.
  9. Anime Intro Gameplay Well its been years since the last megaman zero game came out for the gba and well we all thought that was the end of the series but.....now it gets a sequel and another franchise this is megaman ZX The Story: Mega Man ZX takes place in the year 25XX, about 200 years after the end of the Mega Man Zero series. Humans and Reploids now coexist peacefully. After some time passes, the Humanoids, humans and reploids of Earth manage to revive some of the former nations of Earth. However, preventing further prosperity like back in the old days, incidents around Earth begin when some of the machine lifeforms become Mavericks, making some areas dangerous. Soon, this activity obstructs trading between nations. Thus, the nations become divided into areas designated as Innerpeace, utopistic cities, which provide a safe haven for Humanoids, and the Outlands, where the dangerous Mavericks, Reploids and Mechaniloids who threaten the peace, appeared. Innerpeace and the Outlands are divided into Areas. Remarkable developments were made due to the efforts of the corporation Slither Inc. They possess technology unearthed from ruins in the Outlands. Peaceful life in Innerpeace is maintained by using the technology offered by Slither Inc. Still, in the frontier regions, which are more exposed to the enemy, attacks by Mavericks occur. The Humanoids in these areas develop an organization devoted to the defense of their region, known as the Guardians. The Guardians defend the Outlands and investigate the cause of the Maverick attacks. The original leader of the Guardians disappears during the investigation of an Outlands area. Ten years prior to the beginning of the story, the protagonists, Vent and Aile lose their mother to a Maverick raid in the amusement park and become orphans.[5][6] They were taken in Giro, the owner of Giro Express, which is a delivery service delivering all kinds of items[vague]. Giro is contacted by an unknown person to deliver an important package to a rendezvous point in the Area A forest. At a cliff overlooking the area and the rendezvous point, Vent/Aile reminisce about the Maverick raid that took the life of their mother. Just as Giro and Vent/Aile are ready to pull out, a group of Mavericks attack them, and they fall to the forest below. After waking up, Vent/Aile are told to deliver the package while Giro deals with the Mavericks. Here, they meet face-to-face with Prairie , the leader of the Guardians. This meeting is cut short when a large Mechaniloid snake attacks the group. The package, a piece of floating metal known as Biometal Model X, lends its strength to Vent/Aile, allowing them to Megamerge and transform into Mega Man Model X. With the help of Model X, the snake is destroyed. They are then allowed by Prairie to keep Model X and look for Giro. After finding Giro, in the form of Mega Man Model Z, they board an airship deemed the Guardian's base. Later, a Maverick attack is spotted at the Slither Inc. main office. The duo meet the president of Slither Inc., Serpent, Prometheus and Pandora. Serpent reveals his knowledge of the Biometal and says that he too, is a Mega Man, possessing Model W. He expresses his intent to find the Model W Core, and leaves, but not before possessing a weakened Giro with the power of Model W. A fight ensues, resulting in the death of Giro. In his dying breaths, Giro hands Model Z over to Vent/Aile and then transforms into a Cyber Elf. By Double Megamerging with both Model X and Model Z, they use the form Model ZX to escape. Now the Guardians, including Vent and Aile must recover four remaining Biometal fragments and stop Serpent. Gameplay Megaman ZX follows the elements of both the megaman X series and Zero Series. The players are on a 2-dimensional overlay map in which they must confront enemies and avoid obstacles to get to the boss in which is at the other side. When a player receives a Biometal, he is able to change form, gaining various abilities, such as the charge moves, or charging the player's weapon with an element of that Biometal; for example, Biometal H will charge the weapon with electricity. While in a special form, using the form-specific abilities use up weapon energy. When the player receives the other half of the Biometal, he is able to perform a different special ability. Now for the games difficulty for a megaman game the difficulty is ok not as challenging as the past games but ok, now like most megaman games you can choose where you want to go on the computer screen just select the boss stage and you are ready to go. now like megaman x and Zero games there are a couple of power ups hidden in each stage that can increase your health and add a reserve energy tank. now the game this time has 2 characters vent and aile now there isnt much difference between them in terms of ability and storyline so both their story campaigns can offer the same bosses Sound The sounds of the game can be a hit or miss for megaman fans you may hear some new unique sountracks from the game itself and you will hear some remix tracks from old megaman games Graphics The graphics of the game can be compared to the megaman zero games but they have improved the sprites are a bit brighter compared to the zero sprites in which they where a bit darker Extras: -If you have megaman zero 3-4 you can attach them on the gba slot and face the bosses of those games on megaman ZX, you can also fight omega zero in which if you defeat him you get an item in which you can turn in to unlock Model OX (allows you to use omega zero as a playable character) -Finishing the game with both Vent and aile will unlock Model X as a biometal form its basically megaman x with his super powered X buster and double charged shots in which makes the zx charge shots look like a childs toy. Games Ups and downs Up: -Challenging difficulty on the stages and bosses -Greatly designed stages -different characters provide different styles of gameplay -More bosses to fight if you have megaman zero 3-4 for the gba in your possetion -graphics improved from megaman zero Downs: -can get repetitive when playing the game again as vent of aile if you passed the game with one of them Overall megaman zero fans and megaman fans will problably enjoy this game, platforming fans will enjoy this game as well.
  10. Well its been a few weeks since ive done a review ive been a busy lately uploading stepmania videos and some of the footage for the lets play channel. but aniway please take note that this game is one of those ds tittles that you should avoid at all cost and on this review im gonna tell you why. coming from the depths of hell...its ''from the abyss'' for the nintendo ds The Story: Gameplay: Sound: Graphics: Extra: none Games ups and downs Verdict:
  11. Gameplay aah konami...ur franchise of contra games hasn't failed us in terms on delivering fun gameplay while giving us a descent challenge difficulty wise. well this is twilightknight here's my review on the ds game contra 4 The Story Gameplay Graphics: Sound: Extra: games ups and downs: Verdict:
  12. Trailer and Gameplay.. both in japanese but the game is english. Again, a game I like. I love the Ivalice based stuff and this is a RTS of the like. So I do enjoy this, much like most games of the 'squad based strategy' gameplay. The game is a sequal to FFXII (PS2 to DS, yep) and follows what happens when Vann and co head into the sky above Ivalice... and find a whole new continent, floating in the air, actually waiting for them. The gameplays pretty cool, the music is good to listen to, though I'll bet in battle you'll start to grumble when the battle theme begins to keep playing. The game is intruiging, has a lot of extra stuff you can do and a lot of espers (monsters summoned by a plot d- um.. luracite, that's it) throughout the game to collect. Lots of non-recruitable generics do pop up (GRRR, LEMME RECRUIT THEM) and some cool customization stuff for your airship, shops, expanding crew and little things like that do pop up to give you stuff to do. A nice addition to Final Fantasy and one of the veiw I think I finished.
  13. I currently have 7 Badges, and i'm up to the 8th Gym Leader. I gotta say this game is intensely great. Its a great game for people learning pokemon for the first time as everything is explained so well. and the side story with team Plasma make the game even more epic. EDIT: I finished story mode and i gotta say the ending is quite a suprise and was definately epic. I just wish these pokemon games could come on the Nintendo Home Consoles. with better graphics.

  15. no way. those 2 pictures the 1 in my top post, and the 1 in your post above mine. can not be form the same game.
  16. aaaah zombie games usually the player usually takes the role of a survivor or some major bad-ass with huge guns on his arsenal....but even with survival instincts and a huge arsenal it can be pretty hard fighting the zombie horde....and sometimes you wish you could be the horde for a change and feel like what is like having civilization run in fear as your zombie horde....destroys them. well then if this is what your are feeling on zombie games then stubbs the zombie is the game for you. The story In 1933, Eddie Stubbs is a traveling salesman during the Great Depression trying to make a living. He temporarily finds happiness with a girl named Maggie Monday, but he meets his unfortunate end when Otis (Maggie's father) comes home, chases him outside, and murders him, dumping his body in the wilderness. Now years later we go 1959 in the futuristic city of PunchBowl where the mayor of the city happens to be maggies son...and just so happens that the city was built right on top of stubbs grave. and so stubb rises from the grave and wants revenge so...he decided to eat the brains of the people of punchbowl. The Gameplay as you can see the game is a 3rd person action game. as stubbs you have your melee which is your hands, you can rip ppls arms off, or eat their brains to turn them into zombies in which this is the main mechanic of the game commanding your own zombie horde to attack your human enemies. your enemies in the game will be the military and some of the robots in punchbowl. although it may look like you and your horde could get owned, stubbs has his own arsenal in which they happen to be...parts of his body first there's: The Gut Bomb: this is your basic hand grenade stubb reaches for his gut and throws it on an area of enemies and watch the whole thing go boom Intestine grenade: this is mostly a sticky grenade if you throw it at someone it will get stuck on that person and eventually...boom Fart: yes if i remember correctly stubb can releases a huge fart cloud that can stun enemies thus giving you a chance to attack them Head Roll: ever hear the term ''use your head'' well stubbs takes it literary, as he can rip his head off and roll it like a bowling ball towards enemies and itl explode and taking anyone around with it...don't worry you'll grow another one back The hand: since stubb is unable to wield human weapons like guns, he can rip out his hand and throw it now in this state you control stubbs hand as you can crawl around small places like vents or small holes now when you find a human you can use the hand to posses an enemy and you take control of that human which can come pretty handy against a group of armed foes, also stubbs can also steal enemy vehicles like cars and tanks. Now lets look at the difficulty the game itself can be easy at first but when you start confronting armed military enemies and robots then it might get harder than you think, as for the A.I of the zombie horde well its pretty much set on what a zombie horde would do if they spot a human....attack them on sight which is what they will basically do in this game...although you can command them to follow you or roundup on you so it is best to have your zombie horde at your side. now as for the boss battles the game doesnt have that many bosses, although the first boss battle is basically a dance off, while the last boss can be hard if you dont stop and think for a minute. one of the neat features of this game is Co-Op thats right you and your friend can tackle on the main campaign as 2 stubbs and start your own zombie apocalypse. although once you finish the game there wont be much replay value since there really isn't anything to unlock in the game. Graphics: The game itself is built around the same engine that was used to create halo so you can expect good graphics coming from the game. Sound: Most of the in game music will come from most of the classic songs from the 50's and the 60's some songs like ''Lolipop'' by ben kweller and earth angel by death cab for cutie, if you are not into music from the past then you wont enjoy the music of this game. Extras: as said before there really isnt much secrets to unlock theres developer commentary which is by passing the level Hidden Hippo Heads in Insane mode and the fortune easter egg from halo Verdict: as a single player and co-op gamer i would strongly recommend this game as a buy, but personal opinion the game is more fun to play with someone in co-op
  17. It was to be expected. Luckily. I know some people who can do Legendary. I won't pretend to know much about the game. But I know that the people playing the above, egoroffie and gorondie, do. I played it occasionally and enjoyed it, especially multiplayer with my friend and used to have cool ideas about entire giant battles against one another. And yes. Cheating as not only is that the PC version, it's the Mac version. But that doesn't make aceing Legendary anymore awesome. So here's gameplay footage supposedly of the X-Box version.
  18. This game was one of the first games to ever hit the microsoft xbox Panzer dragoon orta is a sequel to the RPG classic Panzer Dragon Saga. The Story: The main story of Panzer Dragoon Orta takes place several decades after the events of Panzer Dragoon Saga. The Empire has risen to power again, and has utilized technology from the Ancient Age to create genetically-engineered dragons called "Dragonmares", that they may rule once again with an iron fist. The dragonmares quickly cause widespread chaos and terror, separating the nations and people governed by the Empire. You Play as orta a young girl who has spent most of her live in a tower since people believe that she is the harbringer of doom, but one faithfull night a pack of imperial dragonmares attack the city and cause damage to the tower in where orta was imprisoned as orta was about to be attacked she got saved by a mysterious dragon, without hessitation orta quickly climbs the dragons back and you start the game from there. gameplay: well the game went back to its roots as it was in the first panzer dragoon game, it went back as a rail gun shooter, although ppl confuse that panzer dragoon saga was the first game but no it is not dragoon saga is a sequel, the Original game was called Panzer Dragoon and it was on the sega saturn. but aniway the gameplay can be intense sometimes since not only do you have enemies coming at you but there are some hazards that you need to dodge, as for the games difficulty it is moderate it can be easy and fun to play but if you are not carefull you will die....alot even on the normal difficulty the game can prove to be quite the challenge. Now as for your weapons of choice in the game you have ortas gun in which it does rapid fire but ok damage in which u will mostly use this weapon, but theres also the dragons homing laser attacks in which it can hit multiple targets at once, now the dragon can morph its body depending on the situation, it can morph into this giant heavier dragon in which the lasers are more powerfull but your movement gets slow and you can take more damage, then theres speed mode in which the dragon morphs its body into some what of a stealth fighter plane in which you have faster movement but the laser deals the least damage in this form, but your gun firing rate will be much more faster, and then theres its default wing which is the dragons original form, the lasers do ok damage, the guns fire rate is ok, and so is you movement, and the amount of damage you take is at an OK rate. The boss fights of the game are huge and this can be the best part of the game. you are able to attack the boss from different sides depending on your situation Extras: The game has a mode Called pandoras box in which it contains concept art from the game a whole encyclopedia of the whole panzer dragoon world a bestary of all defeated enemies, it also contains bonus mission in which that expand the main story of the game, along also includes imperial boy in which tells the tale of a young boy who wanted to be an imperial soldier but had a confrontation with Orta and her dragon(imperial boy is also a bonus mission), pandoras box also contains a port so that you can play the Original panzer Dragoon game. all these things take time to unlock but if you have over 20 hrs of play time all the contents of pandoras box can be unlocked ignoring any circumstances. Over all panzer dragoon fans will be pleased with this one and average gamers will find it quite entertaining but might get a bit confused on the story although the contents of pandoras box will provide the player some info that could atleast get you up to speed, even though the game has been underrated by many ppl since most of them werent familiar with the franchise since the games werent much available in most countries. if you find this game on the market give it a shot
  19. Combat Gameplay: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7yey6iX7lU Some Story Gameplay: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHyr9WKQWmM Bioware...one of the companies known for its award winning game Star Wars:Knights of the Old Republic and Mass Effect 1-2, of course these werent the only projects they did lets have a look at some of their works of art. jade empire is an action RPG in which takes place in a mythilogical kingdom in which was inspired by china. The Story: The game begins with the player cast as a martial arts student under the tutelage of Master Li, head of the Two Rivers martial arts school, based in the in-game geographical locale of the Golden Delta. The player's training is interrupted as the town of Two Rivers comes under attack from an aggressor in a strange ship who summons ghosts to attack the student. The attacker is defeated by Master Li, who comes to the student's rescue and reveals that the attacker was a member of the Lotus Assassins, a mysterious force serving the Emperor of the Jade Empire. Gao the Lesser, a rival of the student, issues a challenge for a duel and loses. He is expelled from the school after he attempts to use explicitly forbidden magic on the student. Master Li explains that the student is the last of the order of Spirit Monks. He, a brother of the Emperor and leader of the Empire's army, had ordered an attack on Dirge, where the Spirit Monks' temple existed, in order to end the Long Drought. He claimed to have opposed the act and to have saved the student and the Dragon's Amulet. He sends the student to a cave beneath the school where he or she finds part of a Spirit Monk amulet and has a vision of the Water Dragon, the entity whose death at the hands of the Emperor ended the decade-long Long Drought but left spirits roaming the land. Dawn Star, one of the students at the school and a friend of the player, is kidnapped by Gao The Lesser. The student rescues her but returns to find the village in flames and Master Li kidnapped. The student, Dawn Star, and Sagacious Zu, a man whom they had met in the swamps around the village, head off in a borrowed flying machine towards the Imperial City, where Master Li has been taken. Gameplay: Now as you start the game you can make your own character in which it can be male or female depending on which you choose can affect some of the story as you progress into the game although there isn't much choice in the matter since there aren't many character parts for you to customized so it can be hard for you to make your own unique character. Well as most RPG's you have 2 sections which is the combat and the travels. Combat: The combat in the game can be easy to understand you have your strong attacks and your weak attacks in which you can link together to make combos. although the animations feel slow, you can use different martial art styles and some styles require weapons in which you will acquire later in the game(depending on which path you take light or dark). although the A.I on the regular enemies can be quite easy to handle since they barely fight back the only thing that can provide a challenge are the bosses. Travels: Well like most RPG's you have a lot of places and towns to explore in which you can find NPC's to talk to in which can provide some information you can also talk to some of your party members so you can get to know them better or get on their good side/bad side. Now like most bioware games you have your two paths which is light and dark side in jade empire its the way of the open palm(good) or the closed Fist (Evil) now your character follows these paths depending on what decisions you make in the game this also affects on what people will join you in your party. also things you do can affect on how much a party member likes you or despises you so in other words everything has a consequence depending on what choices you make can affect the whole storyline so you are never sure on what ending are you gonna get. Graphics: For an xbox game the graphics are on an OK level sure some of the places are a sight to see but it isn't something that's out of this world. Sound: as for the sounds of the game well expect to hear a lot of traditional Chinese instrumental music and some martial arts music so its a hit or miss to some players depending on their taste Extras: -The Limited Edition of jade empire would bring an extra disc in which contains data for the character model Monk Zeng (a magic type character), a "Making of" video by G4, and three game demos: Forza Motorsport, Conker Live & Reloaded, and MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf. -The Special Edition of Jade empire on the other hand brings the ''Jade Master'' Difficulty, the ability to import save games, a new world map interface, and keyboard and hotkey support. It also contains a bonus art book and poster. -The Character Monk Zeng(hes is another character in which you can make on character cration) is available on both limited and special edition of the game. Games Ups and Downs: Up: -Lots of places to explore -In depth dialogue and Storyline -Any decision you make in the game can change the storyline all together -Plenty of Martial arts styles for you to use -The controls on combat are easy to pick up and play. -Camera Angles are ok -Multiple Endings so you will be playing the game multiple times to try to get them all Down: -The A.I on the regular enemies can make the game a bit too easy -The animation on combat can be quite slow -Game has a lot of Point of no Return Spots so you have to make sure to take care of your business before moving forward -The Romance part of the game isn't quite interesting to begin with -There isn't much Depth in character customization Overall if you like Star wars Kotor or mass effect you might want to give this xbox gem a shot this goes to show you that westerns can make good RPG's if they put some effort and mind to it
  20. I have a feeling pretty much no one, or near no one has any idea what this game is or ever even heard of it. In my opinion, it's a damn good game (that I still play to this day).
  21. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8NmDRF35-g As a Bomberman fanatic and hardcore bomber. This game is a major HUGE let down. It reminds me of blast chamber for the PSX, except in 3d and with bombs. But man this game is horrible look at the review. what it has more or less is the same bomber man style gameplay. with horrible gimmicks. decent graphics, lack of body types to change into, no split screen, no versus, only internet play up to 7 people. 99 level torture room.
  22. Now discuss. I for one am EXTREMELY happy with this being on both PS3 and Xbox360. I've always loved the DOA's battle system for being a epic game that anyone can pick up and play. But only true skill can master there counter system. now i dont want to hear anyone bitch about the "rock paper sissor" battle system, cause regardless its one of the best fighting game engines out there.
  23. Man I hated the fact that the DOA series went to Xbox. I've always wanted to play this game, where as I have alot of experience playing DOA games. It really doesnt matter what console i play it on i'd still rock your world. Thank god for the 3DS version.
  24. I gotta love those not so accurate racing games. I've always been a fan of the series, not for its simulation of real life driving but because of the insane drifting turns. The review above shall explain the game.
  25. I've played this game on the PC, and both versions are merely the same thing minus controls. But for a RPG this game is pretty fun and the combat system is very easy to understand but complicated to master. voice acting is pretty well done, and graphics are nice. another good thing is a compelling story, but you dont truely get into it until a bit later on.
