Rugal has most of his sprites done by SNK. custom sprites ok, thats like 5% of the total character. Coding is the other 50%. whatever credit you take, you are not the one making the character. thus you shouldnt have a WIP topic about a character you dont know how to make.

LOL yeah. I downloaded the Saturn and DC version. But i do own the PS1 version. And i have to say to my suprise the Saturn and DC versions are superior. I LOVE the Saturns Directional pad, it feels SO natural to do Guiles and Dee Jays supers.
