Some KOF MUGEN-tuber named THE MUGEN has found a MUGEN character that I was looking for. And it’s R (it pronounces Aru BTW), a Wind Edit with Elemental powers, including fire as well. She may be janky, but she has NSFW stuff in her SFF file.
