Akari NGBC

After searching the internet for a decent NGBC Akari, and discovering that everyone of them had unnecessary special moves and missed most of the original stuff. I decided to make an closer to the original version. She's about.... 60% complete I guess maybe more. There isn't a whole lot to say. If you played NGBC as Akari, you'll pretty much get the same thing here.

her sprites look alot better. however did you know that in NGBC they took out 1 color from her last blade sprites. they did that with a couple of NGBC characters. anyways good to see you put some work in on her.

Alright so Akari is about complete now, last thing to add in is the A.I and maybe some more testing. Hopefully I'll be able to release her later today or by tomorrow.
