BBB - Boost Button (A dash that costs 1 Bar) - 9 Bars (Changed to 5 in later versions) - OTGs - S Gauge which you needed to use Command Normals and Specials - Special Action Button for some characters was C so you were limited to A -> B combos BBBR - 3 Bars - OTGs were removed - Every character has a Special Action (Which were changed from BBB) to take the place of the Boost Button - S Gauge was removed - Big Bang Mode which gave unlimited meter and allowed for Big Bang Breaks (Only can be used if you have 3 bars) That's all I can think of.

That's right, and of course new specials and supers (and ult. moves during Big bang mode), new voice acting for characters and some other minor things, but the above post covers almost everything worth mentioning.
