Original character collection?

I'm wanting to upload a character (NOT made by me.) but I cant find a "original characters" collection. 

 

I'm refraining from uploading until someone can post a link to a collection section for original characters. I wasn't able to find one with the search feature.... So if one does exist please comment with the link. The character i'm wanting to upload is 526 MB files that is a 1.53 gig when unzipped.  Also has some "NSFW" style attacks but not hentai just bare ass and big (man) boobs. Anyways any help would be appreciated.
