Hi! Is there an equivalent on this site for an overview of game tools/utilities like in mugenarchive?
This is both for:
1. Having an overview of useful tools like vselect
2. Having a place to post the rudimentary version of my character movelist tool, as I don't know if this falls under Creation Lab (as it doesn't run within Mugen)
