Hello all! Love this community! I've been dabbling with MUGEN for about 5 years now, and have been trying to carry on OmegaPsychos work where he left off. I am currently working on 5 new characters from UMK3 to go in my custom Mortal Kombat game, and could use some help if anyone would be so kind. I figured this was the place to get the answers I needed.
Here is a link to one of the characters that is presenting three different issues.
Issue #1: His main palette has been bugged and has turned the same color as his initial sprite colors from the original MKP character. This can be easily noticed in his palette selector on palette #1. This happens when I replace his "9000,1" sprite.
Issue #2: His throw does not put P2 into the proper "FINISH HIM/HER!" state and instead just KO's P2. I have replaced a few codes on the 'kill' segment and this hasn't helped. Throws are fixed!
Issue#3: His "Spin Dash" move does not interact well when the enemy is near death. Example: P2 gets stuck if this move is used while they are in the "FINISH HIM/HER" state.
Any solutions you guys could provide would be a huge help in getting this 5-pack of characters finished and uploaded to the public! Thank you guys in advance!
