Oh cool, Deluxe once again makes a character for Mugen that's not from a video game. Of course, sometimes I do have to do that, so this time it's a certain smart boi.

His moveset features some stuff from his smoochie, and some from the episodes. He is also the first character of mine to be compatible with... something if you use certain characters.

A week has passed and the first update is here, following a small feedback. 
Changelog:

 

• [CHANGE] Washing Machine Teleporter's code in the CMD file is now placed above super jump's, making it easier to perform.
• [CHANGE] Washing Machine Teleporter now has higher SprPriority, meaning the opponents should now be properly behind it.
• [FIX] One animation for the fatality compatibility used incorrect sprites.
• [CHANGE] The ball compatibility sprite no longer has pupils on the eyes.

Decided to roll out the next update - v1.2!

Changelog:

 

• [BUFF] When a parry occurs, a pause appears which gives a chance to use a move before the opponent can recover from the move they're using.
• [ADD] Walking sounds.
• [CHANGE] Walking animation's sprites. It also makes use of some more sprites.
• [CHANGE] Turning animation's second sprite, to correct the Sniffles' glasses when facing to the front; the same change also applies to the ball combatibility sprite.
• [CHANGE] During Vacuum-like Invention's animations where the invention appears, the glass is now separated to be consistent with the shadow.
