That was my favorite boss from that game. Joe and Mac is an underrated game series.

Well, the attacks seem right, but the MUGEN character seems particularly poorly animated compared to the version in the game. Also, turning its body instead of its head when you're on the other side. The choppy animation is easily fix-able, since the character uses separate sprites for the head, body, and feet (Just like in the game) but getting it to turn only it's head will probably require some coding.
