This old school cheapie is now all oni mikos in ONE. this can now survive the likes of modern-day cheapies as well since they are more advanced. just like Supreme Hige and Rare Akuma - ETERNAL

I put in my absolute ALL into this character, for this does actually use an exploit. she is more stronger in WinMugen though and a little bit in 1.1b other than that. here's the details: 

Oni Miko is fully immune, erases enemies on hit, and passively forces invalid states until even the toughest (WinMUGEN & 1.1b) fall. She may still swing a little after the fight, but once her exploit fires, the opponent is already gone. it's best to give the character a go yourself. she isn't undefeatable btw. wish she was but yeah have fun.
