Light Belial is a tactical brutal AI fighter designed to compete against the toughest cheapies in M.U.G.E.N, including Dark Donald and Rare Akuma.

Unlike ghost cheapies, Light Belial actually has working hitboxes and engages the player directly with overwhelming counterplay, unpredictable specials, and brutal AI behavior.

Core Features

- **Reaction-Based AI:** Belial does not spam moves randomly. Instead, he reacts to the player’s position and actions, countering, punishing, and finishing tactically.

- **Counter System:** 20% chance to counter on contact, chaining directly into devastating specials or hypers.

- **Range Awareness:** AI chooses different specials depending on distance (close, mid, or long range).

- **Hyper Finishers:** Hypers are reserved for low-health enemies or desperation moments, making Belial’s endgame extremely dangerous.

- **Grace Mechanic:** When Belial nears death, his regeneration slows and he may allow an opponent to recover, prolonging the battle before overwhelming them again.

- **Regen & Power:** Constant regeneration and strong power gain make him very hard to put down.

Light Belial is brutal but not a ghost cheapie. He has hitboxes, can be attacked, and fights back intelligently with relentless pressure and counters. 

Expect him to adapt to your range and punish your patterns if you repeat the same move too often.
