HOW DO I DELETE POSTS

 I am new to making characters in MUGEN and when I try to run 'WinMugen' in 'Fighter Factory Classic' it just gives me the following message:

Error message: Can't find file common1,cns
Error loading chars/ffchartest/ffchartest.def
Error loading p1

There used to be errors about the CMD and CNS files but I manage to get rid of them by copying the CMD and CNS contents of kung fu man into my own.
I don't really know what to do after this, I'm following the tutorial of AceDBZMugen

At around 5:00 he runs Mugen and it works for him, but it just gives me the error messages when I try to replicate it. Multiple comments under the video also have the same problem so I'm hoping I can manage to give the solution to this.
