Mugen links taken down by DMCA?

I tried downloading mugen here since mugen archive is down but the mediafire links are DMCA claimed by a company anmed LinkID? Are they related to ElecByte?

I don't know why MediaFire has a conflict with MUGEN executable files, kinda weird  'cause everybody knows MUGEN is freeware. Whatever here are another links
