Got the idea for this thread after seeing this really cool shin getter char on niconico that was a WIP with no download link and the author hadn't posted anything since 2009

Hmm... You mean characters W.I.P that never were released to public? I remember one from the STG YouTube channel such a "RareGeese". Watching the video I can recognize some features like moves based on RareAkuma plus an insta-kill move using null properties as it seems and even anti-cheap codes. An absolute junk character that was never finished.

Would like to bring this up as I cannot find a working link as the page has a broken download link. This was before Shin Ryu was canon and even then its a completely different depiction.
