so here we go with Akiha Vermilion's stage from the Melty Blood games, enjoy.

I've seen this stage by someone else back in the day, but it was in low-res. Either way, cool release.

All the other versions I saw on the internet were G-Akiha's version were there's hole on the floor and Miyako's version were you could see Kohaku slammed to the wall in the background, I never found this version that's why I made it myself.

As for the one you mentioned, maybe it's a lost media now so that's why I never found it, who knows?
