How to I extract a character pack with multiple folders like KOF's in a quick an easy way?

I wanted to extract all 984 characters from this pack into my character folder all at once, but the folder is structured in such a way that I will need to extract each character individually, which is IMPOSSIBLE to do with all 984. They are divided into alphabetical folders, with each character also being a zip file that also contains the folder for the character, requiring me to unzip each one because if i just unzip all of them, this will result in double nested folders for the character, making them impossible to use and requiring me to put each character out of their folders. Is there anyway to use all characters in this pack without going through all of this? help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
