Just a little help with transformations!

HEY THERE! my buddy has been learning about editing and creating characters for mugen. Right now he is trying to take a vegeta that can go from base, ssg, ssb, ssb evolved. and he is trying to take a different vegeta character that is in his hakai form and ADD THAT FORM TO THE FIRST CHARACTER. Below is the video showing how far he has gotten and he explains the problem further. ANY help would be appreciated! any links to tutorials would be sweet too, most we can find are outdated so they are a little hard to follow with the updated fighter factory. Ryon on youtube has helped a lot with his 10 part series but even that doesnt seem to hold an answer. the other question I have is HOW TO MAKE A CHARACTERS AI AUTO TRANSFORM WHEN IT HAS LOW HEALTH! thanks guys, I know you all put so much work into everything here, its all so cool and interesting. we've both been looking to answers to these questions for a while but are pretty stuck!
