Outlaw Star

A space western set in the fictional universe "Towards Star Era." Outlaw Star opens on the backwater planet Sentinel III, on which the protagonist Gene Starwind and his 11-year-old business associate Jim Hawking run a small jack-of-all-trades business. Throughout the series, their crew includes the bio-android Melfina, kimono-garbed assassin "Twilight" Suzuka, and Aisha Clanclan, a cat-like alien called the Ctarl-Ctarl. I remember first watching this when I was young on Cartoon Network's Toonami. Very unaware that they removed the nudity and swearing! XD Started watching the series again, UNCUT. This still remains one of my favorite series of all-time.
