Outlaw Star opens on the backwater planet Sentinel III, on which the protagonist Gene Starwind and his 11-year-old business associate Jim Hawking run a small jack-of-all-trades business. Throughout the series, their crew includes the bio-android Melfina, kimono-garbed assassin "Twilight" Suzuka, and Aisha Clanclan, a cat-like alien called the Ctarl-Ctarl. I remember first watching this when I was young on Cartoon Network's Toonami. Very unaware that they removed the nudity and swearing! XD Started watching the series again, UNCUT.
