It's pretty straight forward, if the topic of discussion is related to Mugen or the Mugen community, be it other sites, creators, styles etc those conversations all happen here. Really the only Mugen related conversations that don't happen here, are specific character feedback which happens on the release thread, WIP creation related discussion that happens in WIP topics, and help requests regarding coding and finding content. • WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU NEED HELP Reveal hidden contents People usually have questions when it comes to Mugen. Where can I find this? Do you know who created that? How do I code a homing missile? Where on the site can I complain to staff? We have a [ P2P HELP ] section for all of that. P2P stands for "peer to peer" meaning questions can be asked and answered by anyone on the site. If you feel like making a fellow forum member's day with ease, this is a great place to do it. The little green check mark under your avatar next to your reputation is how many top answers you provided to questions. So it's a great way to earn cred, on top of just being a nice thing to do. • GAMING RELATED DISCUSSIONS Reveal hidden contents Clearly this is a gaming related community. And people here like to talk about new games coming out, old games from back when, Capcom's latest legal battles, sweet little indie start ups, E-Sports and everything else gaming related you can imagine. Enter the [ GENERAL GAMING ] forum. It has sub-forums for popular topics like [ NINTENDO ], [ MICROSOFT ], [ SONY ], and [ RETRO ]. • SHARING ART, MUSIC, WRITING, AND FANTASY Reveal hidden contents There a few topics aside from Mugen and general gaming that are popular with members around the site. As long as they're relevant in some distant way to Mugen creation we try to accommodate what we can. We have sub-forums for the following topics: [ ANIME & MANGA ], [ ROLEPLAY & FANFIC ], [ MUSIC TALK ] and [ ART GALLERIES ]. Take a look around them and join in a discussion. • OFF-TOPIC STUFF Reveal hidden contents And of course, the off-topic board [ RANDOM CHATTER ]. A place for members to mingle and chat about whatever the heck they want. Doesn't matter what it is, (unless it's like highly illegal) you can discuss it here. And if English isn't your first language, there's an [ INTERNATIONAL ] sub-forum where you can find other members who speak the same language(s) as you. • CHATTING WITH STAFF Reveal hidden contents Got something to share with staff? Or just want to know what they're up to? [ STAFF HQ ] is the place. You can make suggestions to improve the site, report problems or bugs, weigh in on staff's decisions, or keep an eye on what we're up to. Any input is welcome here, so please don't be shy. • WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU SEE A BROKEN POST Reveal hidden contents Sometimes you'll stumble upon a post that's broken in some way. Either the image is missing, or the link is dead, or it's in the wrong forum, or something like that. When you see one of those, click on the ••• in the upper right hand corner of the offending post, and select "Report" from the small dropdown that appears. A popup window will appear giving you the option to leave a message with your report. Please do so, and indicate what's broken or why you're reporting the post.
