Is there a source for basic MUGEN tutorials such as adding characters, stages, music and screenpacks that is up to date or usable regardless of the date whether on Free For All or other site? Either that or an update to getting help for answers to software assistance questions? I'm not trying to be rude if it comes across as that I'm just a tad frustrated has I have been hard stuck on issue for months with little resolve.
