How do I give someone access to do stage fatalities when I add them to an MK game that already has stage fatalities built in?

I have a Mugen "Mortal Kombat 2" game where all the usual MK stage fatalities are already in the game, and every character just does an uppercut to activate it.  How do I add a new character and give them that ability to access all those stage fatalities with an uppercut?

 

Yes, the character in question already has other fatalities and successfully enters "finish him" mode.  He just doesn't have a stage fatality added to him.

 

Being that all the characters do the same thing and all the stage fatalities are the same, I'm guessing there is some copying and pasting I can do to grant my new character "access" to what's already built in?  What file(s) do I need to open and what do I need to search for, please?
