problems with 3d graphics

Question

First a little context, I wanted to make a char de seele, honkai impact 3rd, I wanted to make the graphics as similar as possible to the original game, so I decided to use unity to render the graphics and then pass them to images and work with mugen , I got the 3d model of seele without much difficulty thanks to a deviantart user (L1X3R), and I extracted the shaders with asset studio (by the way, they are 400mb of shaders, so don't ask what each shader does because I don't know xD)

 

But when importing these into unity, I got an error and sent me a message, and that my graphic card is not compatible (which I find difficult, I have a GT 1030, series 10 is not so old as to be discontinued so fast), all the shaders that matter have the same problem, and I have no idea of hlsl, so I can't determine what the problem is, if anyone knows, could you let me know what the problem is or send hlsl documentation? I'm going to leave the link in the drive folder just in case someone wants to check the shaders, or something like that:
