Character not appearing

Character not appearing

so i'm trying to get this character working, https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=8E6488B2A7C65FDB&resid=8E6488B2A7C65FDB!1764&authkey=APbbksCfEiTBQxQ and I put the name of the character in the select file, I put the folder in the char folder, nothings working. I'd appreciate some help

When downloading characters make sure that the name of the character folder MATCHES with the name of the .def file in the folder. Also make sure that you typed his folder name correctly in the select.def file without any typos to make sure that he works.
