How to Set Dream Cancels & Super Cancels for Moves

My Sincere Greetings Everyone,
I love Mugen. Both Winmugen & Mugen v1.0
but I don't know How to Set Dream Cancels & Super Cancels for Moves which don't Have such "cancels" Initially.
I want to Apply Cancels (Dream or Super) for powerful Moves that I personally like & Prefer.
So Can someone please Show me How to Set Dream Cancels & Super Cancels for Moves which Don't Have "Cancels" originally ?
Please Help me with this & Thanks
