Anyway Metalix was created by ssjx4 goku and is basically a sprite and soundswap of kyo kusanagi's sonic characters with the addition of a new move. this character was online at one point but for unknown reason's it went offline so I decided to post it here. he's not a very strong character but he is pretty rare so enjoy what he has!
