Just a Brawl Luigi done in Sumin's Smash hybrid style. Mostly Brawl accurate, so watch out for Negative Zone.  Has Thunderhand as a attack, so it's instantly better. As noted on Sumin's blog, he's unfinished, so he'll float in the air during his intro like that and suffers from the classic upside down pipe intro glitch. Also can't tank attacks while charging or attacking, either. Can summon a Thowmp that does massive damage.

 

I think Sumin also made a Gannondorf and Ike shortly afterwards, too.
