In this universe they permanently fused, and eventually gained the power off super saiyan, super saiyan god and super saiyan blue (12p) Rakeel, unlike Goku and Vegeta wasn't strong enough to defeat the antagonists of the universe themselves, so they gained several allies, 12 in fact! At the start of the match, one of the 12 allies will be chosen to assist Rakeel, but these assists are much harder to deal with than your usual chip damage one second fly kick assist.
