Featuring 3 New Pallettes Capcom KFM (or Ryu not gonna judge) Evil KFM and this guys pallettes (edited because IDK they didnt work) http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/kfm-capcom-palettes-125982.0.html You can use KFM as a base for character creation!
