These lifebars

So I've been searching around for these lifebars and can't seem to find them anywhere. They look very familiar, but I cannot place a name on either what they're called or who made them.

I asked the video's uploader for the name of the lifebars yesterday, but I don't have a response just yet (Which is understandable given the short time), but I wanted to see if anyone here knew the name of them and where to get them.
