changing the screenpack from 1.0 to 1.1 question

ok so I just converted my Ax2 mugen screenpack by using the tips from this youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKlGoH_Imic however I did not delete the old mugen 1.0 file mugen.CFG like it says in the video because the screenpack did not show when I deleted the old mugen.CFG file will it not work correctly because it still does when I didnt delete it and the zoom feature still work so Im asuming its ok aside from only 2 of my mugen stages are a bit glitchy thats all that came out wrong assuming that probably they dont work for mugen 1.1 if its still ok then Ill just delete this topic
