where can I find these AI patch characters?

I am new to MUGEN and I do watch people's videos like TK or MarioBrotherL1UP, but I wanna know where they got their Crashman, and Metalman.

hmm, that's strange, they should be stronger than that. Much stronger.

And yes, I made that Elecman AI patch too, it's for the "more common" version, the one that's 6.5MB

Are you sure they're the AI patched versions because I tested them and they're like laspacho's version and not strong, however Crashman is more of a special spam, but he too is still not strong like on TK's roster. So how do I fix the AI patch or is it even there.

As far as I am aware I thought they were patched. I'll look around and see if anything can be done. I think I do have Elecman, but I don't know if I have him hosted on Mediafire. I'll check when I get the chance.
